I ordered flowers for my wife on our 23rd anniversary and the bouquet was so amazing. My wife loved them and Dos Reynas was awesome to work with. Will definitely be ordering from them again

Updated-new I have never experienced such wonderful customer service from Deenna and her floral shop! Deena went out of her way to find me and messaged me, and called me. She was truly sorry that this happened with the floral arraignment and trying to find out why the flowers started wilting so quickly. Deena just delivered me a new bouquet she made, along with some treats, and again apologizing. The bouquet is stunning, and I would use them as a floral shop, and highly recommend them! I will I could give ten stars, and it is not because I was given another bouquet, it was because of Deenna and her outstanding customer service!! Picture of the bouquet below. Thank you! Updated: I appreciate your quick response on this review. I sent my emails using the gmail provided on your website so that I could send the pictures. My review will change to reflect you addressed the issue on this platform. Sadly the bouquet of flowers and fillers I was delivered from my children, started dying and wilting less than 24 hours after receiving. Fresh water was added daily but did not help. Reached out via email with pictures over 2 days, but did not get a reply. Bouquet was beautiful the day

My daughter and I were looking for a specific arrangement that same night. We had been to 3 other shops .with no success. But Thankfully we ended up walking in to Las Dos Reynas. With Deanna greeting us and welcoming us in . We came out with an arrangement that exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful . I can't thank her enough on such short notice she managed to put such a beautiful arrangement together. I will definitely be coming back for all my flower and gift needs.
